Hi, I'm Giuliana Carella
I founded Consulting by Carella to help real people work smarter, not harder.What started as a necessity became a method. Today, I help small businesses, solo professionals, and legal teams build systems that work for your life.

Why I Built This
I didn’t just wake up one day and become efficient.
I’ve always been pragmatic.I’m the kind of person who peels back every layer of a problem, maps out all the possibilities, and builds systems that work in the real world.. not just in theory.
In the corporate world, that made me the go-to for fixing workflows and rewriting processes. After becoming disabled, it became a lifeline. I had to create ways of working that honored my energy, my health, and my creativity. Those same tools now help others do the same.
You might know me from TikTok, where I talk about life with chronic illness, or maybe you’ve found me through AI tips, Canva trainings, a legal conference, or one of my sound baths. However you got here: welcome.

I also host events in and around my hometown of Hamilton, NJ. From sound baths and psychic nights to practical business workshops and tech trainings.
